Cabinet (the Government Business Subcommittee) agreed the Minister for Justice, Consumer Affairs and Road Safety Relations present the Road Transport Reform (Light Rail) Legislation Amendment Bill 2018 in the March 2018 sitting. The Bill is the second stage of reform to the ACT’s road transport legislation required to support the operation of the light rail as public passenger transport mode.
