Partial night road closures on Horse Park Drive intersections

Released 24/03/2017

Work is progressing well on the Horse Park Drive duplication and the ACT Government will soon undertake night works to place asphalt at the Mapleton Avenue and Well Station Drive intersections.

The work to place an asphalt overlay will require a partial closure between 7pm and 6am for three weeknights at each intersection.

While vehicles will have full access in both directions along Horse Park Drive there will be no access in and out of the two intersecting streets during relevant the night works.

There will be no access in and out of Mapleton Avenue at Horse Park Drive during three nights in the last week in March and there will be no access in and out of Well Station Drive at Horse Park Drive during three nights in the first week in April.

Exact dates are dependent on weather and scheduling.

Further night works may occur on Horse Park Drive between Anthony Rolfe Avenue and Well Station Drive in coming months to place asphalt and undertake line marking. These works will be subject to separate notification in advance of the works occurring.
