Update on disruption to waste and recycling collections

Released 08/10/2018

The ACT Government would like to advise residents that this week’s waste and recycling collections will be delayed following last week’s missed collections. Residents are asked to leave their bins out on the kerb to be collected within 24 hours after their scheduled collections.

Alternatively, you can take your excess household waste and recycling to the Recycling Drop Off Centres in Tuggeranong, Gungahlin or Phillip where hoppers have been temporarily placed for disposal of excess waste. For information on the location of these drop-off sites please visit www.tccs.act.gov.au.

Services are expected to be back to normal by Monday 15 October 2018.

Green bin collections are unaffected.
