As part of the construction of Light Rail there will be out-of-hours works occurring on Flemington road between the Federal Highway and Randwick Road.
The closure will commence from 8.00pm Sunday 13 August. The works will take place out-of-hours from 8.00pm to 6.00am and complete by 6:00am Tuesday 15 August.
Traffic travelling northbound will be diverted onto Old Well Station Drive. Traffic travelling southbound will be diverted onto Randwick Road.
During the closure crews will be working on storm water and realignment works.
Traffic management measures to assist motorists, pedestrians and cyclists will be in place including signage and personnel.
Any potentially affected residents and local businesses were notified seven days prior to the start of any work in their area.
