Access Canberra is advising the community of a product recall for the Stanley Rogers Clever Stack Saucepan Set. The handles in this set have been identified as faulty and under certain conditions may detach, resulting in possible serious injury from hot liquids or food.
Acting Director, Regulatory Compliance, Derise Cubin said that consumers should not use this product under any circumstances and should return it to the place of purchase and a full refund will be provided.
The saucepan sets were available for purchase in the ACT from Sauvage Urbain Fyshwick and Belconnen stores and were available for sale from 20 October – 14 December 2017.
“Consumer safety is a top priority for Access Canberra and we will continue to work with retailers in 2018 to ensure they are aware of their responsibilities and that products are safe for sale,” she said.
