Public Interest Disclosure Act 1994 (the Act) supports the reporting or wrongdoing in the public sector. These procedures apply to disclosures made to the Chief Minister and Cabinet Directorate, the ACT Work Safety Council, the Remuneration Tribunal and the Long Service Leave Authority.
