New National Training Complaints hotline announced
In a joint initiative with state and territory governments, a new National Training Complaints Hotline has been announced by the Australian Government Department of Education.
The national hotline will simplify the complaints process for apprentices and students, connecting individuals with complaints to the most appropriate commonwealth, state or territory organisation for them.
The hotline will also help the department analyse complaint trends in order to indentify further actions and improvements.
