Regulatory Reform

The ACT Government is committed to creating a diverse and successful private sector and an environment in which local businesses can thrive.

Regulatory reform and reducing red tape is a key part of creating the right business environment, a key strategy in the Government’s Confident and Business Ready, released in May 2015.
