Territory Plan - Limited Consultation - Technical Amendment to the Territory Plan 2017-10 North Wright

The planning and land authority gives notice under section 90(2) of the Planning and Development Act 2007 (the Act) of Technical Amendment to the Territory Plan TA2017-10 North Wright – Coombs and Wright Concept Plan. TA2017-10 proposes to vary criterion C20 of the Coombs and Wright Concept Plan to reduce the minimum area of residential RZ5 High Density zone in North Wright.

The proposed technical amendment is available on the Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate (EPSDD) website

The public is invited to inspect and make comment on the technical amendment. Written comments will be received until Monday 22 May 2017. Written comments, quoting TA2017-10, should be made in the following ways:

  • Via email to ta.comments@act.gov.au
  • Via post to Territory Plan Comments, EPSDD, GPO Box 158, Canberra, ACT 2601
  • In person during business hours at the Access Canberra Customer Service Centre, 16 Challis Street, Dickson  ACT

Comments received will be made publicly available, for a period of at least 15 working days starting ten working days after the closing date, at EPSDD's Shopfront in Dickson and will be published on EPSDD's website.

Personal information including submitters names and contact details will not be made public unless requested otherwise. This is in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2014 and the EPSDD Information Privacy Policy.

Part of the comments can be excluded and made unavailable to the public upon request. A request for exclusion under section 411 of the Act must be in writing, clearly identifying what you are seeking to exclude and how the request satisfies the exclusion criteria. Please note that name and contact details and other personal information will not be made public unless requested.

The National Capital Authority (NCA) has been advised of the technical amendment.
