Cabinet agreed to key elements of the Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) Campus Modernisation Strategy.

Children and Young People Amendment Bill 2018 – agreement to introduce

Minute number: 17/689/CAB

Cabinet agreed the Minister for Disability, Children and Youth present the Children and Young People Amendment Bill 2018 in the ACT Legislative Assembly. The Triple Bottom Assessment was considered by Cabinet on 13 March 2018 (17/688 Children and Young People Amendment Bill 2018 – policy approval) as part of the policy approval.

ACT Veterinary Practitioners Bill 2018

Minute number:  17/071/CAB

Cabinet agreed the Minister for Transport and City Services present the ACT Veterinary Practice Bill 2018 in the Legislative Assembly. The Bill will significantly improve the efficiency and administrative function of the ACT veterinary legislation.

The Triple Bottom Line Assessment was considered by Cabinet prior to the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2016 effective 1 January 2018 and is not proposed for release.

Cabinet endorsed the below appointments. Under the requirements of the ACT Government Cabinet Handbook, Triple Bottom Line Assessments are not required for appointments.
