Transport Canberra and City Services would like to advise road users of a temporary closure on Ashley Drive and Johnson Drive in Calwell and Richardson.
The closure is due to damage to gas line infrastructure.
Location of road closure
Ashley Drive is closed in both directions between Ellerston Avenue and Johnson Drive.
Johnson Drive is closed in both directions between Were Street and Outtrim Avenue.
Timing of road closure
The road closure will be in place until further notice.
Effects on traffic
Diversions are in place via Outtrim Avenue, Ellerston Avenue and Clift Crescent. These are likely to remain in place during the peak period until the closure is lifted.
Minor diversions are also in place for bus Routes 71 and 66.
