The Westfield Belconnen Bus Station will be temporarily closed from Thursday 4 May – Wednesday 10 May 2017. Transport Canberra customers are asked to please use the Belconnen Community Bus Station during this time.
“The closure is to allow Westfield to conduct upgrades to the pavement within the Station,” Director, Public Transport Operations, Ian McGlinn said.
“We are asking customers to please make use of the Belconnen Community Bus Station, which is just a short walk from the Westfield Centre, while works are conducted. We are working with Westfield to ensure work is completed as quickly as possible and that customers are aware of their alternate Bus Station during this time.
“We would like to thank our customers for their patience during this time.”
All schools that use the Westfield Station have been contacted and customer service staff will be available to assist passengers with these changes.
