Library online systems currently experiencing problems

Released 10/08/2017

Libraries ACT is currently experiencing problems with the library catalogue and My Account systems not operational.

Library members cannot renew online, make requests, or access eResources including downloading eBooks or anything that requires entering a membership number.

Automatic return chutes at the Gungahlin library branch are also unavailable. Members are asked to please return items inside the library during opening hours.

Bookings for internet computers in the library may also be affected. Please ask at your branch for the next available computer.

Items that fall due during this outage will not accrue overdue fines.

Libraries ACT advise that other library services are not affected and members can still borrow, return and renew in person at library branches. To renew in branches, please ask staff to do this on your behalf. Renewals can also be made by phone.

If the catalogue becomes available it may look different, but should function as expected.

Libraries ACT apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank members for their patience. Technicians are working to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
