The Remuneration Tribunal considers all submissions made by relevant parties and members of the
public. The Tribunal will call for submissions in the Public Notices section of The Canberra Times, and
from 2012 on this website, approximately two months before the meeting of the Tribunal is scheduled
to take place. Submissions can also be made out of session, but will not be considered until the
Tribunal next meets.
All submissions received by the Tribunal will be made available on this website unless the author is
able to demonstrate that the submission would not be releasable under freedom of information laws.
