Information on ACT laws in relation to long service leave, occupational health and safety, dangerous substances (including asbestos and consumer fireworks) and private sector worker’s compensation.

The site also contains useful links to Commonwealth Government webpages as the federal Workplace Relations Act 1996 including the Work Choices amendments cover most industrial relations matters for the ACT private workforce.
