Government, non-government and not for profit organisations that provide preschool services in the ACT | Preschool Matters Program The Directorate delivered the Preschool Matters Program to raise community awareness of the importance of quality early childhood education and strengthen parental engagement in children’s learning in the year prior to full time schooling. The program, delivered through a Deed of Grant to the Canberra Preschool Society, print and online resources and the Preschool Matters Grants Program, demonstrates the ACT Government’s commitment to supporting parent engagement to enhance learning and wellbeing outcomes for all children.
