Implementation Working Group Stakeholder Forum – Consultation
Taxi Industry Innovation Reform
The ACT Government is currently working on the second phase of reforms to introduce a new legislative framework to support its Taxi Industry Innovation Reforms. The Road Transport (Public Passenger Services) (Taxi Industry Innovation) Amendment Bill 2015 has been passed by the ACT Legislative Assembly but will only be able to commence once related details regulations and instruments are finalised.
Submissions sought
Continuing the inclusive consultation process from the Taxi Industry Innovation Reform Review, you are invited to comment on the detail of the regulatory changes as part of a targeted stakeholder consultation.
Submissions are required by no later than close of business 18 April 2016.
