New policy - Work Health & Safety Act 2011 - Responsibilities

The Responsibilities policy describes the core work injury management responsibilities of directors-general, executives, managers, supervisors, workers and others which underpin all existing and prospective Whole of Government policies.

This Policy was developed in response to stakeholder feedback that several draft Whole of Government policies were too lengthy and that this could be improved by moving information that was common to all policies into a single general responsibilities advice, which could be referenced by all policies.
