Staff Survey on Disability – Making the ACT Public Service More Inclusive
The ACT Public Service is committed to supporting and fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce for all staff including those with disability.
Diversity is important because it builds organisational capability, fosters innovation and contributes to employee engagement and overall productivity.
To learn how we can better support staff with disability, we have engaged the Australian Network on Disability to conduct a short and completely anonymous staff survey.
All staff, including those living with and without disability, are encouraged to complete the survey by Friday 3/11/2017.

Providing genuine employment is a crucial part of enabling people with disability to have as independent a life as possible. This Employment Strategy aims to build our confidence to employ people with disability in a great variety of roles across the Service.
