This Agreement is comprehensive and provides the terms and conditions of employment of employees covered by this Agreement, other than terms and conditions applying under applicable legislation. The Agreement contains a number of conditions of employment that were previously contained in a variety of Awards. Federal government industrial reforms enacted in 2005 have the effect that Awards no longer apply to ACT Government employment.
